The Mozzarella di Bufala Campana DOP is the only mozzarella on the market to have obtained the European recognition of the DOP. The porcelain white colour, the smooth surface, the initially elastic and then more melting consistency are essential characteristics of its appearance. The flavor is always strong, but delicate at the same time.
