Marango: Adult Cattle Crossed “Angus marezzato”
Marango is our Italian supply chain project, born from the cross between a pure Black Angus and Friesian and Maremmana mares. Each garment grows in the wild and follows a certified “Marango Fioc” diet, which guarantees the well-being of the animals and gives them an excellent level of marbling, so the meat is greasy, savory and tender at the same time.
The result? A meat with a mineral taste typical of the Maremma combined with the representative sweetness of Angus.
