Fried Cruschi peppers 50 gr

HQF has chosen a partner who selects the Senise pepper, a precious ingredient of Lucanian gastronomy. Once dried, it is selected and worked by hand to then be fried in extra virgin olive oil and salted, becoming «bran». It does not require cooking, it goes very well with cheeses, soups, salads, cured meats, first or second courses.
