HQF selects the black Beluga lentils: small lentils, with a flattened lenticular shape and black colour. Excellent as a side dish, ideal in salads, soups, appetizers and in combination with fish, pasta and meatballs. They have a tasty flavor and are characterized by their low fat content and high protein and fiber content. Cooking times: 30/40 minutes, do not need to soak.
