HQF selects the Black Truffle Perlage, an excellent product obtained from prized black truffle juice.
It can be used like caviar. Excellent to be enjoyed on croutons and blinis or to garnish pasta, risotto, vegetable soups, cheeses, foie gras, fish and meat carpaccio, cheese fondues, eggs, potatoes and all dishes that go well with truffles.
Store in the refrigerator at temperatures between +2°C / +8°C. Once opened, consume within 30 days.
