HQF selects a partner who produces flour exclusively with the volcanic stone mill and all the energy used is self-produced from renewable sources. Foil corn flour is obtained by grinding yellow corn in cylinders. The groats, depending on the size of the grain, are sold by foil (finer) and bramata (larger). Excellent for the production of polenta.
